REPTILES - Coggle Diagram

- - - - Activity - Out of a few pictures of reptiles and mammals, the learners need to say which animals are reptiles and which animals are mammals.
  - - - Activity - We will have a few models of different animals, these will include normal animals such as cows, horses, snakes, crocodiles etc, The learners will have to say which of the animals are reptiles and cold blooded, by comparing how the animals look.
- - - - Activity - I will have a puppet show explaining to the learners how reptiles leave their babies to become strong and independant.
  - - - Activity - We will play a game called "reptile social circle" the game includes a circle in the middle of the class, some pictures of different reptiles placed around the circle. Music plays and when it stops the learners stand next to a reptile, the teacher then explains the social behaviour of the chosen reptile.
- - - - Activity - The teacher will supply learners with materials required and learners will have to create the 3D object.
  - - - Activity - There will be a sensory box filled with sand and one filled with water, there will also be some play reptiles, the learners will have to sort the reptiles and place them into the correct box according to which animals they think live where.
