Classify:
Sort them from big to small
Sub-divide them into venomous, non- venomous, land or water reptiles.
Classify different reptiles into the 4 basic groups.

Are all snakes the same size? Are they born the same size?
Are all tortoises and turtles small or big?
How many types of snakes do you get?
What is the average size of a baby crocodile and and adult crocodile?
Experimenting:
What happens to a reptiles in winter when it is cold?
What happens if the reptile stays in the sun too long?
How does a cold blooded animal regulate temperature?

What is a reptile? Characteristics:
Cold Blooded
Cannot regulate body heat, must warm up in sun and move o=into shade to avoid being over heated.
Scaly
Scales over body, Sheds old skin to reveal new layer of skin underneath.
Lays eggs
Soft Eggs, Laid underground
