- The blood vessel from the circulatory pathway was a challenging to me.
-The terminologies was so much alike that i end up interchanging the defination from one term to another mistakely example the right atrium,left atruim,ventricles, valvels and septum.
- l was always confused about pulmonary and system circuit because i always mistakely interchange the terms.
- I overcame this problem by always read ahead of time before coming to class to have a acknowledge about it before come to class and this has helped me alot to overcome this challenge.
- I always pay attend to what is discussed in class in make a note out of it for better understanding.
- I aways ask my classmates to explain it to if they have a better understanding than me and i always learn through classmates

- Down syndrome is condition of having copies of given chromosomes in each somatic cell rather than the normal two.
- I chose this disorder because I have a cousin we grew up together who has Down syndrome, his parent don't have it neither his siblings , he behaves differently from the us and the elders always say that he is from the evil forest sent by the evil spirit.
- Because of the he was not allowed to play with children and always clocked in the room
- we were young then and thought it was true, not until in junior high school I got to that it a myth form our ancestors because ignorance and lack of education.
- After this unit too I got a much detailed understanding of why this happens;

- Stroke occurs when there is a blockage of a blood that is supposed to flow inside the brain
- I can relate to stroke because my grandmother was diagnosed with one and has been paralyse for seven(7) in the room.
- After this unit, i have acquired a lot of knowledge to prevent this sickness and ways to prevent it - Through our discussion on stroke i learnt through exercising,eating well balanced diet food, maintain a healthy weight and reducing stress are some of the ways to prevent stroke.
- Stroke can cause lasting brain damage,long term disabilities or death.
- Also through a medication called buster can destroy blood clot for easy flow of blood in the brain.
- I am happy to know there is a way to prevent it and ways to improve my granny health through this knowledge i have acquire after this chapter

- I had a difficulties with the chemistry fundamentals because it been a while since I studied chemistry
- Differences between an atom, element,matter,and compound was a bit challenging to me
- Molecules and convenient bond was difficult for me to understand because I remember I was taught in senior high school but it been a while.
- I over came this challenge by learning extra harder and making my own note from the slides provided
- By asking my classmates of something I am not familiar with.
- I also watch videos on YouTube from Professor Dave because he explains things so much easier and make real life example about the topic for easier understanding.

-Pedigree Analysis is a diagram of family inheritance of trait.
- How the word problem is phased and how the diagram is drawn is always making me difficult to understand the entire question.
- Difficulties to identify the affected and not affected individuals depending on the question ask.
- Recessive and dominant are interchanged in the pedigree chart in a bit confusing.
- I am gradually overcoming this challenges through constant practising questions.
- Also asking my colleagues about it has made it to be a bit easier for me now.

- Newman(2022) explores Robert Hooke who discovered cell in 1600s. He them the the name because they resemble of "Cellia"
- Cell is the smallest living organism and the basic unit of life.
-Each cell has three part called the nucleus ,cell membrane cytoplasm and many others like ribosomes ,golgi apparatus, mitochondria and many more
- The nucleus is the headquarters and contain the DNA information of an organism, the cell membrane separate and gatekeeper what goes in and outside of the cell and the cytoplasm is a jelly like form and provide shape and support to the body cell.
- Trillions of cells makeup the human body.
- To conclude cells are fascinating organelle that function with other cells to keep an organism in a good state

According to Brown (2024) strokes happen into two ways which include;
- This happen when a blood vessel can leak or burst, so the blood spills into the brain tissue or surrounding of the brain called homorhagie stroke.
- Another one is when blood clots and blocks an artery leading to the brain.
- American Stroke Association (2023) studied that stroke is the number 5 cause of death and a leading causes of disabilities in USA.
- The brain controls the various function of the body dues to stroke the body cannot perform this function accordingly.
