Volunteers sometimes acted on old information because they weren't involved in all meetings/conversations
ISD is poorly understood within the Red Cross - leads people to recommend candidates who are not a good fit
Focus group meetings prior to recruitment were very helpful - KE & JO were able to answer a lot of the staff’s questions
VS team would love to have some more closure on the process - how many people joined the roster, which people, etc.
