Project Scheduling Tools
Project scheduling tools are visualisation tools which help project teams monitor and analyse task time frames and workflows.
They are crucial tools for resource management and ensuring the project deadline is met.
A variety of tools exists, each will be used depending on the complexity of the project and expertise of project team members.
GANTT charts
a visual document that displays the schedule and progress for a project.
Gantt charts provide an action plan and summary of a key deadlines and milestones within a project
GC are useful tools especially for agile methodology - as it breaks down planning, design and implementation into specific timeframes
