Fair-Good Evidence: Smoking cessation, seatbelt use, fall risk factor reduction, avoidance alcohol, Healthy diet, Vitamin D
Immunizations
Annual Influenza, Pneumoccal, Herpes Zoster, Tetanus, COVID-19
Treatment
HTN: Treatment indicated but probably higher targets in >80 years old
DM2: Different targets depending on decade of life
Primary dyslipidemia in young-old: less certain in older old people
Exercise
Intervention of warm up, bicycle, resistance exercises
