Lack of trained and certified personnel has forced the industry to engage untrained & uncertified personnel.
2. Education
Low quality-education and Poor learning outcomes
High Quality Healthcare Skilling (HQHCS) - Train youth to join non-medical healthcare sector as AHPs
- Kallam Anji Reddy Vidyalaya at Chandanagar (Hyderabad) - High-quality education accessible to all

- Sashakt - young girls from poor socio-economic backgrounds - careers in STEM

extension service, low farm mechanization,
lack of access to finance & inputs,
and fragmented markets
MITRA - nudging small & marginal farmers to adopt latest technologies and best farming practices.
6. Climate Action & Environment
