As professionals, engineers will always be expect to provide value whenever they are on the job. This can come in the form of provide new ideas, products or even processes. Sometimes the greatest value we can create are the efficiency gains from improving a process be it physical or mental.

While they can receive assistance from their coworkers, the creativity applied to their output will be one of the major factors deciding whether or not it will succeed in the market.
