Psychological Disorder- Syndrome marked by clinically significant disturbance on an individual's cognition, emotion regulation or behaviour
Anxiety Disorders- Intense, excessive, and persistent worry, and fear about everyday situations
Generalized anxiety disorder-Person being continually tense, apprehensive, are in a state of autonomic nervous system arousal
Panic Disorder- Unpredictable, minute long episodes of intense dread where a person experiences terror, chest pain, choking or feel like they're dying
Phobia-An irrational fear that causes one to avoid an object, or situation

PTSD-Memories,nightmares,social withdrawal, jumpy, anxiety or numbness for longer than 4 weeks after a traumatic event

Major depressive disorder- Mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest

Rumination- Repetitive thinking or dwelling on negative feelings and distress and their causes and consequences

Conversion Disorder-A person experiences very specific genuine physical symptoms for which no physiological basis is found
Illness Anxiety Disorder-Where a person interprets normal physical sensations as symptoms of disease
Dissociative disorders-Mental health conditions involving experiencing a loss of connection between thoughts, memories, feelings, surroundings, behaviours, and identity
