How to handle accounts: Depends on my KPI's, is it deal size, when are their contracts reneweing and what's the size.) Good to say I like to work wit goals and timelines with the client. When and what do we need to be successfull. Is it usage, product updates, etc.
Who is my clients? Who am I speaking to,
Am I the main point of contact both on the solution and product, or is there additional people on the account team.
Priority: Look at the renewal date, deal size, set-up intro calls and make a business plan.
