Motivation
need to achieve - they thrive on a challange and very detirmined to complete it , they take risks
need to avoid - tend to avoid challanges due to fear of faliure , slow and never take risks
a stimuli ,which arouses and directs beahaviour depending on the type of motivation, as well as internal and external factors that make us want to preform
intrinsic motivation - someone who participates for enjoyment and judges due to the amount of effort exerted
PUT THESE IN QUESTION ONE!!!!! extrinsic motivation - someone who participates for external rewards such as trophys,money and medals
A motivation - they go through the motions,play just to why not
