At the end of the war, women were expected to return home an give their jobs back to th returning men
The goverment and propaganda and censorship
propaganda was used to:
encourage people to join the voluntary war effort
To warn people of careless talk
encourage people to save for the war effort and live more carefully without wasting food or materials
Propaganda and censorship was also used to kepp up the morale of the population
