Social Loafing - Reduction in individual effort when involved in group situations. Usually down to motivation, usually occurs when evaluation of performance does not exist
Cohesion - A dynamic process that is reflected in the tendency for a group to stick together and remain united in the pursuit of its instrumental objectives and/or for the satisfaction of member affective needs
Social cohesion - The degree to which group members like each other and get on, with mutual trust
Task cohesion - The degree to which group members are united in achieving the common goal, such as winning the game
