Breath
Vocal warm-up => mindful body scan
Principle => "One breath to one thought"
Every full stop => Pause to allow a new breath to come into the body.

Exercise Content => I'm just going to open my mouth like this and talk to you so that there is space at the back of my mouth and you can hear that my voice is much fuller and is much more whole.
