Biological
Age
Younger people are generally easier to persuade than older people. Research has shown that younger kids are more susceptible to influence, this gradually decreases as they grow older.
Sex
Women are thought to be easier to persuade than men due to their susceptibility to influence.
Arousal Levels
Symptoms of high arousal can be submission, withdrawal, irrational behavior and unconsciousness which can be a potential target for easier persuasion.
Psychological
Self Esteem
People with lower self esteem are easier to persuade as people with lower self esteem feel the need to satisfy others therefore conforming to a persuasive message. In contrast people with higher self esteem are harder to persuade as they are more confident in themselves and require a more analytical and thorough approach in order to be convinced of a persuasive message.
Emotions
People with positive emotions are more likely to be persuade as they are less likely to scrutinize information and people presenting with negative are harder to persuade as they might question persuasive messages.
Beliefs & Attitudes
People with lower intelligence are more likely to be persuade as less information and effort is needed to persuade them. In contrast, people with higher intelligence need more information and will analyze the given information more when in need of persuasion.

The personality traits of an individual who is easier to persuade range from agreeable, extroverted and conscientiousness traits are generally more susceptible to persuasion as they want to maintain their committed to doing something they've done before.
