Reed–Jenkins Act: repealed previous laws that provided federal funds for Americanization programs supporting Native American schools, educational experimentation agencies, and Native agency farms.
McFadden Act:
Allowed a national bank to operate branches to the extent permitted by state governments for state banks in each state
Public Buildings Act:
authorized $50 million for the construction of federal buildings in Washington, DC
Vetoed McNary–Haugen Farm Relief Bill: The Bill would have involved the federal government in the ongoing farm crisis by raising prices paid to farmers. (He continues to veto through presidency )
previously passed Fordney–McCumber Tariff Coolidge to raise the already-high tariff rates. Coolidge also staffed the United States Tariff Commission, which advised on tariff rates.
