During the summer I cannot do sports as I am not part of a team outside of school, so to stay active I will walk for 30 minutes once a week. I will track my distance to see how much time it takes me to walk 1-2km using the Nike app on my phone.
My Goal is to be able to take 1,500-5,000 steps, I'm aiming to get 3,000-4,000 steps
