Register in mother's family register

Get "recognition" through 3 ways
1. Father officially recognise
Mother's name, address and kid's name to be shown in father's family register under "recognise" column
Existence of this child known to whoever has access to the father's family register
2. Father "recognises through will
Existence of the child is hidden from the father's side. Child can have same inheritance as kids born in wedlock when father passes away
Father can "recognise" the child at any point through marriage or just "recognise"
3. When the father is unwilling to "recognise" the child, the mother or child apply to court to get the child's status recognised
Fill in father's name
Give birth in Hong Kong before marriage
Leave out the father's name
Apply for Japanese citizenship
Show mother's family register
You state yourself as "father" in the birth register
When applying Japanese citizenship, show your family register, will show you are married to Kaori
If married in Japan during time of birth
can register the child within the father's family register
Get married in Hong Kong ASAP
if child born in wedlock, in Hong Kong, automatically the child is legitimate
Child can stay in Hong Kong until he is 18
If try to be Japanese, Japan Consulate will ask for family register of you (since you are the father in his HK birth certificate)
Japan family register will show that you are married in Japan
So you should do procedures to remove Kaori from your family register first
