Hiding Out after Freeing Glint
In hiding. Learned one or two things from the kobolds but have not seen Snickery or Mr Glint in the last 24 hours.
Lords and ladies have greater guard presence.

Lord Azar Al Hazir has stepped into the light. Normally reclusive, lord of the city, he has come forward. Not a city lockdown but the houses are brandishing their strengths. The mystery of what happened under house Al Sabir... shook more than just that estate. Nervousness in the air.
Snickery said he would keep his half of the bargain and would create the requested distraction.
More clockwork golems on the streets... but older and battered. Al Sabir are weakened but they are trying to overcompensate.
Standard golems have very simple protective programming. Mark 2s rely on the sustaining of the physical form of the ones driving them.

We attacked the guards and a faulty automaton. Farren deactivated it with a clever acting drunk rouse, then we attacked and killed the guards, took their uniforms and then Glint had a tadoo with Durak. After that, Glint and chomp left, Glint apparently feeling butthurt.
After a rest, interrupted by a patrol and smoke, we went up to the middle gate and Farren blagged our way through with the automaton leading us, Durak and Alvaro as prisoners, Ser Koth and Farren and Grim as guards, with a little payment of tobacco and gold.
Upper City
We got through the gate with a panicked bid to see the guy in charge, who we saw going to look at the docks.
We went round to the East and then North to the Finger, where we make our stand.
Voices of guards on the above walls... more of a presence.
Freeing Volther
Farren subtly instructed the automaton to attack the ogres guarding the compound.
Durak jumped onto the wall and helped Volther climb over the wall and we freed her. She changed her guise to a guard captain.
Followed the bypass to the gladiator's compound.
The Last Stand
Flair is set off.
Ship swept beneath us with some cold air and we got on!
We failed to deceive the guards who approached and they attacked.
Durak - hides in tree.
Explosions continue - acrid smells in the air. Burnt flesh? Tar?
