Electrical Troubleshooting
The Electrical Trouble Shooting Process
STEP 1
Notice the circuit that you are dearling with careful
Find the fault in the circuit and check for visual indications of mechanical damage
The temperature at which it runs should be observed
The problems with the circuits are be reported when we see it
STEP 2
Use the logic in the problem
Use de reasoning in the observations
Findings to isolate the fault in the area.
Have possess schematic diagram of the circuit
STEP 3
Identifying possible causes
Thinking of possible causes of the problem
Write the parts with possible causes to the fault in the circuit.
STEP 4
We determine the most probable cause of the fault in the circuit.
Comparing the problems from visual observations in the area
Complete the previous steps correctly to fix the machine
Defective components will show the following signs
Signs of burning can be observed in light bulbs, fuses, switches.
Heat may cause failure in transformers, motor coils, and other devices with windings.
Adhesive bolts, screws should be checked; they often detach over time.
Defective wiring should be checked.
