Unit Goal #2: As students have been learning throughout the term, the creation of the nation known as Canada was a long, arduous process involving multiple personalities and points of view. Students will consider the perspectives of four different cultural groups, the Metis, First Nations, French and British, as they seek to understand the history behind the creation of Manitoba.
