MECHANISM OF ACTION
a) it blocks androgen hormones such as testosterone. slowing prostate cancer, minimizing the masculinizing effects of certain hormones.
b) it work by binding the estrogen receptors in the brain which blocks the negative feedback that estrogen usually has on the hypothalamus and pituitary gland
INDICATIONS
a)Prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia, androgenic alopecia, sexual disorders and ovarian tumors.
b) It works by stimulatimulating the release of hormone that are needed for ovulation to occur

b) Clomiphene Letrozole
SIDE EFFECTS
b) headache, nausea, loss of vision and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome
a) low sex drive, increased risk of depression, liver injury, skin rash, reduced facial and body hair and breast tenderness.
CONTAINDICATIONS
a)not used to patients who are pregnant/breastfeeding as they cause harm to the fetus or the baby, not used to patient with history of liver disease and patients with history of blood clot.
b) cannot be given to pregnant woman because it cause birth detects. also to woman abnormal vaginal bleeding or who habe liver disease.

STORAGE CONDITONS
B) stored at room temp between 20-25 degrees celsius
a) should be stored at room temp between 20-25 degrees celsius, in cool dry place and away from heat and sunlight, but some are store in refrigerator that are given IMI
