Body paragraph1 is going to intro Jude from cite one and his quote about body builders to broaden the training groups from not just everyday people but also people who train competitively.
Body Paragraph 3 will be about my third source and the importance it has with personal training and how it can improve you physical and mental health not only with a therapist but also a personal trainer act as one almost.
Body Paragraph 4 Will describe how much more it can be of importance to fitness and overall health which it can help your confidence knowing that they can lead you in the right direction to even doing your own workouts at a public gym or at home confidently.
Conclusion The concluding paragraph will bring together the final paragraphs and rephrase the introduction paragraph to all the information and bring it all together to tell the reader why personal training if important and beneficial.
