        post event rumination: the character gets to bed after a long day, and reimagines their day; to them, it was horrible, so we see a terrible rendition of their day. But then, we get to see what ACTUALLY happens/before or after, and it wasn't all that bad
        
        anticipatory anxiety

        Maybe a tent? doesn't have to be a whole room
        
        something that can be set up anywhere
