Enters to the bradyzoites
Sexual & asexual cycle
Bradyzoites convert to tachyzoites
Go to sexual cycle -produce male & female gametes
Zygote then oocyst
Then form 8 sphorozites
Oocyst ingested by intermediate host
Contaminated with faecal
Cyst form enter -Excystation
Bradyzoites form seen in tissue layer
Infect intestinal layer
Spread other organs
Some cases asymptomatic
Then congenital to secondary infection
