Negative form
Auxiliary for Perfect tenses (Have) but in the negative form. Negative particle 'not' just after the auxiliary verb = have/has not or haven't/hasn't

Auxiliary for Perfect tenses (Have).
The main verb as in negative keeps the Past Participle form.
We always start with the Wh-element when there is one. Subject and verb switch positions in the sentence.
The sentences finishes with a question mark (?) not a stop (.)

Affirmative form
The structure is the same as in the other compound tenses we have seen before with two differences: the auxiliary and the form of the verb.
