Must be able to structure the programme to achieve this goal through their journey.

What type of training they feel comfortable performing

What decreases their self confidence/motivation
Dietary habits/Calorie intake
This is important so that you know if they need an increased calorie intake or a calorie deficit based off their end goal
Fuel - Correct intake enhances training

Hybrid program to meet the clients needs/ work around the clients lifestyle
Experience level/ Physical activity
Structure
Bio-metrics (height, weight, age)
Reduce the risk of injury

Putting the client under high stimulus, this can injury the client short and long term.
