Conjoining words
Example: "I like coffee and tea." (joining two nouns)
Example: "She is tall but thin." (joining two adjectives)
Example: "He was tired so he went to bed early." (joining two clauses)
Conjoining groups
Example: "I like both coffee and tea." (joining two nouns)
Example: "He is either a doctor or a lawyer." (joining two nouns)
Example: "She is tall but thin." (joining two adjectives)
Conjoining clauses
Example: "I will go if you come with me." (joining two clauses)
Example: "She left because she was tired." (joining two clauses)
Example: "He went to bed early since he was tired." (joining two clauses)
Coordinating Conjunctions:
Example: "I like coffee and tea." (joining two nouns)

Subordinating Conjunctions:
