Nucleus : 1 - 2 micrometer
Contains Conoid shape, Rhoptry, cytosome etc
Bradyzoites
Resides in tissue cells
Of reticuloendothelial system
Acute cells contain 2 cells. Multiply and spread
Slow growing
Oocyst
Double layered wall contains one sporoblast, oval or round release in cats feces and non-pathogenic which develop to sporulated cyst of 8 sporoblast is pathogenic

- contaminated food and water
*organ transplant or blood transfusion
*Undercooked meat
*Mother to fetus ( congenital)

Enlarged spleen and liver

Jaundice
Poor motor coordination

Either congenital or secondary infection in immune compromised patients

Treatment
Xlindamyxin
Spiramycin - For pregnant woman
Most commonly Pyramethamine and sulphadiazine or Trisulfapyramidines
