Implementation Model
Trust Model
Under this model, the scheme is directly implemented by state health authority

Insurance model
In this model, SHA selects an insurance company to implement the scheme
SHA pays the premium to the insurance company per eligible family, and the insurance company does the claim settlement and reimburses the healthcare providers
Mixed Model/Hybrid Model
Under this model, both state and insurers have a role to play
Insurance company is responsible for claim settlements while the state is responsible for maintaining funds
