Invertebrate
After metacyclic trypomastigote transform into long slender trypomastigote
Multiply by binary fission
Taken to blood vessels and convert to short stumpy form
Vertebrate
Short stumpy form will convert into long slender in midgut
Epimastigote in salivary gland
Residing in salivary gland gets into metacyclic trypomastigote form
