        -Part A : Hospital insurance. Coverage of inpatient care.
        -Part B : Enrollee benefits and coverage costs (Avantages sociaux et coûts de couverture).
    - - 1948 : NHS (National Health System), under Health Secretary Aneurin Bevan. Goal : give to everyone a good healthcare. It exists before, but it was not the same organizat°.
- - - - USA : most expensive healthcare in the world, bc spending a lot of money into it. 1970 : 6.9% of the gross domestic product (GDP) into heathcare. 2024 : 19.6 %. Growing of money spent during COVID-19. Impact by it unknown, but maybe strong.
        2019 : Americans spent 3.81 trillion $ on health care.
        In UK : NHS suffered difficulties. Not enough money saved and services that are spending more that they are earning. Growing of health problems which are causing financial pressure. Quality of services : downgraded.
    - - Varies across countries. For World Health
        Organization, a well-functioning healthcare system need :
        -good financing mechanism
        -trained and well-paid workforce
        -good access to informat°
        -Good facilities.
        France : best healthcare system since 2000's, but controversy about the rank system of the WHO.
    - - USA : inequal. People with low-income can't go see a doctor everytime they're sick, it's difficult for them bc of the costs.
        UK : far from perfect : waiting is long sometimes and service can be low. But the cost is not an issue. However : people from poor neighborhoods (especially in Northern and Southern England) die much younger that people from rich neighborhoods. Factors : obesity, alcohol, poverty...
