Managment
appendicitis
take vitals
send investigations
cbc,stool,urine test,usg
assess patients alvarado score
if less than 4and no finding on usg do conservative managment
pain killer, antibiotics followup after 6-12 hrs
if score is 4-7 do usg if normal conservative tm and do ct scan as well if ct normal then conservative if ct shows finding thenrefer to surgeon
if score 5-10 refer to surgical department

send labs
RFTS, electrolytes,
cbc,urine test
KUB,USG,Intravenous pyelography
stone confirmed
