        I have a lot of these behaviour skills including leadership, confidence and creativity however, throughout my project would like to develop more of these skills with visionary thinking and innovativeness as it means I will be able to develop novel approaches, ideas and develop a competative edge in the marketplace.

    - - My final project idea will be to volunteer at my local leisure centre in order to help those with and without disabilities confidence in life saving skills while creating an enjoyable fun enviroment.
      - I will be holding these sessions during Welsh schools easter half term (25th march - 5th April) as this could benefit parents who cannot afford childminders to accomadate their childrens during the break and not interfere with the children’s education.
      - I chose this idea because I feel like it is a unique project that will, later on in future, being able to expand and while gathering first hand experience now. It also benefits a lot of areas including the child's development, cost of living and my own personal experience. Finally, it allows me to see what activities work best and are most enjoyable yet successful in the children skills development.
      - Maybe in the long run...
        
        as a business student with the goal to have a successful business in the future, I will be considering expanding the business in the future and use this volenteering as experience to first hand explore drawbacks and benefits of the project.

- - - - Different sport I will be incorporating into my sessions are, Swimming, rounders, football, running, tennis and bench ball. I will be posting on the page before each session what sports will be included in the session for health reasons and to make sure they're are aware what to expect incase they're not comfortable.
