How flexible they are in terms of complex scenarios, code complexity, features integration, security prospective etc.
To be honest, This time I didn’t get a chance to contribute on some big projects/products but I gain a different experience/knowledge about how things design to build a solid pillar project/product.

Hacktoberfest
The Hacktoberfest Open-source contribution challenge addresses several issues and problems in Malaysia related to software development and open-source culture:
Lack of Awareness: Many Malaysian developers might not be aware of the benefits of contributing to open-source projects or might not know where to start. Hacktoberfest raises awareness about the importance of open-source contributions and provides a platform for developers to engage.
Skill Development: Participation in Hacktoberfest encourages developers to improve their coding skills by working on real-world projects and collaborating with others in the open-source community. This is particularly beneficial for developers in Malaysia who are looking to enhance their skill set and stay competitive in the industry.
Building a Stronger Tech Community: By participating in Hacktoberfest, Malaysian developers have the opportunity to connect with others in the global tech community. This fosters collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and networking, which are crucial for building a strong and supportive tech community in Malaysia.
Addressing the Gender Gap: Malaysia, like many other countries, faces a gender gap in the tech industry. Encouraging participation in events like Hacktoberfest can help attract more women to the field of technology and create a more inclusive and diverse community.
Promoting Innovation: Open-source contributions can lead to the development of innovative solutions to local and global challenges. By participating in Hacktoberfest, Malaysian developers can contribute to projects that address issues specific to their country or region, fostering innovation and problem-solving within the local tech ecosystem.
Overall, Hacktoberfest serves as a catalyst for promoting open-source culture, skill development, community building, diversity, and innovation within the Malaysian tech industry.

this is fun but it will hinder the true power of proramming
and using arch linux etc
example from this video
they know its coold
so we make environment for them and support them
if you listen to inverview of legendary programmere
they are not learning to code in university
