• Make sure teachers design a diverse range of assessments (e.g., projects, presentations, exams) to cater to different learning styles as well as cumulative assessments to prepare the students for the external examinations.
-
• Design assessments with built-in feedback mechanisms such as the study skill document before the quizzes and tests and the reflection form after the quizzes or tests as well as encourage students to use feedback from assessments to know what to do next.
• Allow students to contribute ideas for assessment types and encourage self-assessment and peer-assessment components in certain assessments.
-
• Conduct surveys to gather feedback from both teachers and students on the effectiveness of feedback practices.
• Analyze data on student performance, feedback reception, and improvement trends.
• Establish a system for continuous improvement for teachers and students based on the insights gained from evaluation efforts.
