Natural Simple Sugars
Apples provide natural sugars, fiber, and vitamin C
Berries contain natural sugars, fiber, and antioxidants like vitamin C
Oranges are rich in natural sugars, Vitamin C, and fiber
Honey and maples syrup are natural sweeteners that contain some vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, niacin and folate
