Projects
Initial Requirement Gathering discussions
Scope discussions with Vendor teams who will be engaged to deliver the project
Ensure correct level documentation in place to get the right assistance from vendor teams
Identify initial risks
Come up with high level resource and timeline to be validated with peers
Review the drafted functional and non functional requirements and provide feedback
Be involved in technical design, solution discussions and discuss alternatives whenever possible
Evaluate the technical solutions suggested by vendor teams and see how the proposed solutions impact operational support work
Actively involve in day to day agile ceromonies and ensure the deliveries are on track and any risks identified
Plan pre production & production releases with the team and release management team to ensure it is aligned with ongoine other BAU tasks

Meeting SLAs, Responding to customer enqueries and attending to other customer requests
Ensure documentation/ IP is built along the process
Stakeholder engagement and relationship

Business teams
Provide support from other stakeholder teams in order to resolve issues
Plan Changes and lead change management process from team point of view including CAB, customer communication. etc
Partcipate in CAB when required outside of the when other citical changes affecting your teams to ensure there are no impacts to BAU space
Ensure relevant processes are followed when it comes to operational support
Infrastructure related
Ensure cloud infrastructure is running on a optimal cost with no performance bottlenecks
Identify the areas of improvement as far as cost optimisation and performance improvement
Prepare reports related to usage, cost on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis
ENsure infrastructure related maintennace tasks are performed in a timely manner
Customer change request management
Have initial discussions to understand the scope
Prepare the high level estimate and CR Response
Follow up discussions and work until the CR approval is received
Transition to the PM group to execute the CR
Enterprise level initiatives
Understand the impact to the product and infrastructure
Participate in the meetings and active contribution based on the knowledge on the product and infrastructure landscape
Involve in planning and solution phases if required
Identify the risks associated and communicate to the relevant stakeholders
Align resources based on priorities
Actively involve in execution phase and testing
Enusre the ServiceNow boards and JIRA boards are properly maintained and have timely reviews on both spaces
Ensure platform level alerting and monitoring notifications are checked and actioned if required
Facilitate daily stand ups

Timely assessment of risk posture and planning corrective measuures
Lead Audit related tasks and pre and post audit tasks

Crafting of Development Plans for growth
Set KPIs
Set Career Goals and ensure individuals are aligned to broader org goals on a regular basis
Provide timely feedback and cause corrections if required
Act as a mentor and coach
Ensure leave planning and well being of the individuals
Leave, expense and on call claim approval
Ensure compliance trainings are completed on time
Identify the training requirements and facilitate those initiatives
