I need to do it twice a day to help with my breathing
Helping my parents with stuff that they need
Getting them a drink
Going to the shops to get some food
Helping them by weeding the plants in our garden
Finding the keys when they don't know where they went
Pray to God
They do this because in the bible it demonstrates how good people show kindness

They do this because Christians believe that they talk to God whilst praying
Give to charity
They do this so they give things to peolpe who are less fortunate than us
Give money to the homeless
They do this so people don't die of starvation
