Necessity (Lack of Necessity):
Structure: Subject + don't/doesn't have to + base form of the verb.
Example: She doesn't have to attend the meeting.
Permission:
Structure: Subject + can/could/may/might + base form of the verb.
Example: Can I borrow your pencil please?
Prohibition:
Structure: Subject + mustn't/shouldn't/not allowed to + base form of the verb.
Example: You don't smoke in this area.
Absence of Prohibition (Permission):
Structure: Subject + can/could/may/might + not + base form of the verb.
Example: You do not enter without proper identification.

Necessity (Obligation): Indicates a strong obligation or necessity.

Permission: Grants the right or possibility to do something.
Prohibition: Expresses a restriction or a rule against doing something.
