The 5 V's
Volume: Low (San's, 2023)
By their definition, typical boutique hotels have a low volume of capacity.
Variety: High (BLLA, N.D).
In reference to the size of the boutique hotels that we discuss, the variety of services is high. As every high-class hotel they ultimately have a 24/24 reception, a conciergerie that propose for example local activities and a restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
-
Variaton: High (Technavio, 2023)&(San’s 2023)
The overall demand is the same than an upper-class hotel and so the demands change constantly. It does change during season with some precise dishes for example, but the overall demands are continuously changing.
