Teacher Philosophy
Start off Easy
All students are new to this so, If I start of easy everyone will be comfortable. Students will need some time so I will start off the lesson with a small lecture no assignments, they would just make them lazy. The next day I can do a mini pop quiz like Kahoot. I want to also understand the way they want to learn so, this is a great way.
Students & Groups
Students sometimes don't get along and sometimes they can be lonely. I want all the students to engage together so nobody is left out and I want a fair grading system between the group. As a teacher I should assign 4 students per group, not friends, but rather students who do not sit or talk. I want a nice and fun environment for them.

Help Meeting
As a teacher all students may have some issues and need help and some don't need help but they could use a some revision. I am going to meet with them the day before the assignment (poster boards) are due.

Critical Thinking
-
Encouraging students to think critically helps them learn better and become smarter decision-makers, which is what I aim for in my teaching for students.
Creativity
Technology integration in teaching involves incorporating digital tools and resources to enhance learning experiences and support student engagement. As well as coggle this is a great example and way for students to learn and organized their ideas.

Asking or making group chats and communicating with communities can help students in many ways and can help me understand everyone's difficulties better. Also, it can connect classroom learning to real-world experiences.
Personalization can be a great teacher philosophy because I personally believe that getting to know each student individually is essential. It allows me to tailor my teaching to their specific needs and help them succeed in the best way possible.
Creativity is also, a good teacher philosophy because I want my students to express their feelings and themselves in their own unique ways. It's about fostering a classroom environment where imagination flourishes and students feel empowered to explore and innovate.
