an instagram reel / quote / youtube video etc. with someone sharing a contrasting & new perspective/insight (imagine you’re a form of energy, just existing in the world. then some higher power asks if you want to, for a very short time, experience a spectrum of emotions. and now i just think of life like that - whenever I’m feeling down i just see it as part of the human experience, rather than something that i have to pause my life over)
