Jensen stood a second time, starting January 9, 2023, this time before Kenosha Country Circuit Court Judje Anthony Milisauskas. Jensen was found guilty on Febrary 1, 2023. On April 14, 2023, he was once again sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
