    - - Regulations mean employee has a duty of care to:
        
        Make sure employees do not have to overreach when working at height
        
        Make sure employees take precautions when working on or near fragile surfaces
        
        Make sure equipment is suitable, stable and strong enough for the job, maintained and checked regularly
        
        Provide protection from falling objects
    - - Plan work so that there are breaks or changes of activity
      - Arrange and pay for eye tests and glasses
      - Analyse workstations and assess and reduce risks
    - - Interception of communications
      - Equipment interference (Hacking)
      - Retention of web records
    - - Offence 2: Unauthorised access to computer materials with intent to commit a further crime
        
        Penalty
        
        An unlimited fine and/or max of 5 years in prison
      - Offence 3: Unauthorised modification of data

        An unlimited fine and/or a max of 5 years in prison
      - Offence 1: Unauthorised access to computer material

        A fine up to a max of £5k and/or a max of six months in prison
      - Offence 3A: Making, supplying or obtaining any articles for use in a malicious act using a computer
