Never means 'at no time in the past'. We use it with a positive verb. We don't use never with a negative verb. I've never watched a horror film. (NOT: haven't never watched a horror film.)
• We can use ever and never when we talk about life experiences. Ever means 'at any time in the past' and we use it in questions.
Have you ever climbed a mountain?
We use the present perfect to talk about a past situation that relates to the present. We don't say when it happened because we don't know the exact time or it isn't important.

We use already in positive sentences to talk about actions and events that happened before now or earlier
than expected. I've already visited three universities. Spring has already arrived in Madrid!
We use yet in negative sentences to talk about actions and events happening up to now. I haven't made a decision yet.
