HUNTER LAMBERT Current., Balance - Coggle Diagram
HUNTER LAMBERT Current.
Technique.
Currently Hunter trains in kickboxing, so the technique of boxing to him isn't quite as refined as other athletes.
HEAD MOVEMENT His head movement is quite centralized Being able to dodge a lot, but his head movement is also exaggerated putting him off balance.
DEFENSE His defense is still being defined, he tends to try new things, so since his research on Rocky his defense is becoming more like his.
His main attack is the Jab to keep people where he wants them in terms of the ring, but often he tries to use it to set up other punches like a hook.
Speed.
When speed comes to mind there is a chance Hunter's hand speed greatly passes Rocky's. That is because he punches straight and with less power to set up other shots and combos.
His balance is pretty self explanatory. Since he is known to ride a unicycle to get to training. In a fight he is able to keep his balance relatively well, but his footwork is still non-existent
Training.

Hunter's average kickboxing class usually looks like a good solid warm up of jumping jacks, sprinters, skipping, skipping rope and pushups for at least 15 minutes.
The class then moves their way to stretching before sparring for 30 minutes. After sparring, they get with partners for hand work to learn new types of combos and focus on technique. The class they diverge by either going straight into more push-ups sit ups or learning new types of exercises for 15 minutes.
At the end of the class the students bow to Sensei and leave the dojo.
This is the average class, take note that it sometimes doesn't stay consistent.
Alongside his regular training him and his sensei have concluded his carpentry job is a light to moderate workout. The reason this is important to keep in mind is so Hunter does not to go too hard at kickboxing in order to avoid injuries.
The reason Hunter trains exceptionally hard is because he does not possess natural talent, he has to rely on endurance and raw power to stay in the ring.
Another topic to keep in mind, much like Rocky Marciano he has to stay consistent with training, last time he took a week off he was set back a month worth of training.
