        either way I still think we should take a 10%
        no show fee, and I think that if you dont turn up you can be black listed.

      - I think payment should be via the event company, T&C's that we cannot be held accountable for any late payment
        
        Do we create a point/star system that gets added every time a job is completed so able to cherry pick reliable hostess's
        
        How do we maintain service? do we put our clients on a retainer to be able to constantly be provided?
      - Bad reputation of hostess, needs to be an option from the back end to instantly black list.
        
        How does the client create a job listing? Via the app or via email? How long is there customer journey, points to brainstorm Libby& David.

        Is this where the Client journey ends? Do they get a notification to say that their lising has been added, and a email of the list of applicants is emailed across to them on the day of the event? a way we can pull this data?
