EASTER
ORIGIN
The Easter holiday has an ancient Christian origin and celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Its roots can be traced back to the Jewish holiday of Passover, which symbolizes the liberation of the Jews from slavery in Egypt. Christians consider Easter the most important holiday because it reflects Jesus' victory over death and the promise of eternal life.
