TRAINING.
Rocky Marciano was a beast, if you thought that the movie title :"Rocky" preformed by Sylvester Stallone represented hardcore training regimes, you were wrong!
Rocky Marciano would often run a whopping 5-6 miles (8 to 9 km.) Before relentlessly punching a special made 300 pound heavy bag for hours until it moved. The reasoning behind this heavy bag was to condition himself to be able to move 200 pound men around with ease.
After all of this he would then go on an evening walk of 5 to 10 miles.
Fact: The common heavy bag is 100 to 150 pounds. A person who would weigh 200 pounds would buy a 100 pound bag.
Rocky Marciano weighed a usual 180 pounds, so punching a 300 pound heavy bag is insane!
DIET
Rocky Marciano's diet was pretty simple. He would start I'll copy the entire week schedule of Rocky Marciano's Diet so you can read. Here is the video I used as a source. Diet.
So considering if you saw the google document page, I over exaggerated on how his diet being simple. His diet is quite complex with lots of variety. But nonetheless its very logical considering how many calories this guy must need to maintain his body every day.
He also supported substituting food if needed. This was probably because he knew about lactose intolerant individuals.

If there was a fight scheduled for him he would increase his running distance to 9 to ten miles. Only later he would increase this distance AGAIN to 12-15 miles a week before the fight!
TECHNIQUE.
LEFT HOOKBecause he would shuffle his back foot before his front foot it lead him to have a devastating left hook. That paired with ducking under his opponents left jab and almost jumping after the shuffle was one of his most iconic attacks.(Click on the blue writing to open link below!)

DEFENSERocky Marciano's defense was primarily left leg forwards with left side of the body forwards in a side stance. His left hand would remain forward with his right hand remaining more back towards his body. 1:16
The cross is seemingly a technique he would use plenty of times in a fight. Almost the same movement as throwing a ball overhand but without the ball, only a punch. How to fight like Rocky Marciano

ROLLING PUNCHESRolling punches was something Rocky was terrific at. He would not get hit by punches but absorb them and spring back with a counter punch of his own. This was mainly used by having your left shoulder higher than the right shoulder and more in front. That way all punches towards the head weren't knockouts. Rolling punches.

SPEED.
In my eyes, his power was incredible. His speed although
was most definitely not.
Comparable to a drunken man throwing punches, Rocky Marciano's attacks seemed over exaggerated. Although due to his training, those slow sluggish punches were very precise and powerful when they did hit. When you watch this video, notice that his punches are quite avoidable when his opponents are further away, the reason they usually did hit was because his opponents were either too close to him, or too tired to dodge.
